We pack each order by hand and make sure it is lovely and ready to go.
Although if you receive a defective or damaged product - that's unfortunate - don't worry, we are here to help.
We want to make sure that you understand the following:
- Please note that we do not offer change of mind and returns.
- Digital files and downloads are non-refundable items.
- We only replace or refund products if they are defective or damaged.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- If your order applies for a replacement, we won't charge shipping fees.
- Refunds approved after products are returned.
If you want to apply for replacement or a refund, please follow steps:
- Take a good photo that shows the damaged part of the product.
- If the product is faulty or missing any piece that should be within, please take a good photo indicating that.
- Send us an email at info@ihsankids.com with your photos, your order number and let us know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement for the order.
- We promise to contact you as soon as possible, to ensure your satisfaction.
